Ashtanga Yoga
The Primary Series of Ashtanga will be taught in its original traditional form. Emphasis will be placed on the breath, bandha (energy locks) and drishti (gazing points). Our most physically dynamic and challenging class on the schedule. With regular practice, the fixed sequence of postures in Ashtanga turns into a gentle meditation of the mind. Full Vinyasa will be taught depending on the level of participants.

Morning Sadhana
To prepare ourselves for the challenges of the day with the utmost mental clarity, physical stamina and spiritual awareness, we start the day with Morning Sadhana. According to yogic tradition, the most precious and spiritual productive hours of the day are two-and-a-half hours before sunrise called the Ambrosial Hours or Amrit Vela. Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, has given a specific daily Sadhana to follow to bring in the Aquarian Age, including Japji, yoga, and a special meditation series. Sadhana is said to be the backbone of a healthy, happy, holy lifestyle.
Solar Flow
A strong practice that combines fluid sequences, natural alignment through breathing and core strength with flexibility. Experienced beginners and beyond.
Vinyasa Flow
Movement from one posture to the next will be linked with breath in this class, allowing the body and mind to reach a state of union. In vinyasa yoga the movements between the postures are equally important as the actual postures themselves. Freedom of movement will be explored.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is the relaxed practice of floor postures held for two to five minutes at a time. It is the ideal compliment to more muscular or “Yang” forms of yoga, sports and running because of its emphasis on the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. By drawing awareness away from the muscles and deeper into the bones, a relaxed focus is achieved. Yin Yoga prepares the mind and body for longer meditation practices.
